How to get evidence that actually holds up
This tool is the browser version of a Raspberry Pi line monitor — same idea, no hardware. To make the data worth showing an ISP, a few rules matter: test on a device plugged into your router by cable (Wi-Fi congestion causes most "slow fibre" and isn’t your ISP’s fault), leave it running for days, not minutes, and remember fibre is sold as "best-effort, up to" — so it’s a consistent shortfall that counts, not one slow test. Enter your plan speed above and the chart draws a line at it, so a real pattern of falling short becomes obvious.
When you’ve got a week or two of readings, hit Export CSV and send it to your ISP (get a reference number first), then escalate to ICASA if it isn’t fixed.
